Summary
Lead an inside team of Field Account Managers in the Higher Education segment, managing a $35 million+ book of business and driving sales strategies to exceed revenue and profit goals. Serve as a key leader within the Sales organization responsible for team productivity, customer relationship management, and interdepartmental collaboration.
Skills & Tools: Proven leadership and team management abilities, consultative selling and negotiation expertise, strong communication and conflict resolution skills, and demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and customer loyalty.
Qualifications: Associate's degree minimum with 3+ years of management experience or successful sales track record, ability to hire and retain a diverse sales team, and industry knowledge in the education sector preferred.
Location: Tempe, Arizona
Compensation: $80K–$120K/yr
