Summary

Growth and Retention Account Executive at Lexia (Cambium Learning Group) responsible for driving new business and fostering long-term customer relationships with PreK-12 schools and districts across Missouri. The role combines sales expertise with deep education market knowledge to deliver literacy solutions and achieve territory quotas.

Skills & Tools: 5+ years of business development and sales experience, proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), strong presentation skills, and consultative selling ability. Deep knowledge of K-12 education landscape, technology-based curriculum products, and proven ability to build relationships with education decision-makers.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required with 5+ years of successful business development and account management experience. Proven sales success, understanding of K-12 education funding cycles, and demonstrated ability to influence education leaders and procurement processes.
Location: Missouri
Compensation: $60K–$100K/yr
