Role Snapshot

Account Manager for Wiley's Health division responsible for building and maintaining client relationships while driving revenue growth in the healthcare sector. This role offers the opportunity to work with an innovative, collaborative team committed to solving complex challenges and creating meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities: Manage client accounts, identify growth opportunities, and serve as the primary point of contact for health sector clients. Drive sales initiatives, maintain customer satisfaction, and contribute to team success through collaboration and strategic account planning.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, sales acumen, and account management expertise. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications: Proven experience in account management or sales roles, preferably in a healthcare or publishing context. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
Location: In-Person - 3 Locations
Compensation: $55K–$75K/yr (estimated)
