Role Snapshot
Lead client-driven product initiatives and own core modules within PeopleGrove's SaaS platform for higher education institutions. Translate customer needs into scalable product improvements through structured discovery, strategic prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Manage client request intake, conduct problem discovery, and build strategic roadmaps while ensuring stakeholder alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Own end-to-end product delivery from concept through launch, define success metrics, and maintain documentation of product decisions and trade-offs.
Skills & Tools: Strong discovery and analytical thinking skills with demonstrated ability to translate feature requests into clear problem statements. Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering and Design teams, excellent communication abilities, and structured thinking for prioritization and decision-making.
Qualifications: 2-5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with demonstrated ability to conduct customer discovery. Strong communication skills and proven experience managing product workflows and stakeholder alignment.

Compensation: $90Kโ$130K/yr
