Role Snapshot
Enterprise Account Executive for the West region at Eightfold focused on driving sales growth and expanding the client base with new and existing customers. The role involves meeting sales quotas, managing complex RFP processes, and building strategic partnerships to achieve revenue goals.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years of enterprise-level SaaS solution selling with demonstrated C-Suite interaction experience and expertise in talent acquisition and management solutions. Strong commercial communication skills (written, oral, presentation), negotiation ability, challenger sales methodology competency, and ability to work effectively in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required with 5+ years of enterprise sales and 2+ years of C-Suite selling experience. Preferred experience includes selling to F100 clients, large complex organizations at CHRO/CIO/CFO levels, and new innovative platform solutions.
