Role Snapshot
Senior Accountant position at CDW responsible for analyzing financial information, recording journal entries, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and accounting procedures. The role involves preparing accurate financial reports and statements while maintaining appropriate accounting controls.
Skills & Tools: Strong knowledge of accounting principles (ASC 606), GAAP, and revenue accounting with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capacity to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related financial field with 3+ years of accounting or financial audit experience. CPA certification and Big 4 audit experience are preferred.
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Compensation: $71K–$122K/yr
