Role Snapshot
Director of Sales, EdTech at Academia by Serosoft, a leading Educational ERP Software company, responsible for expanding the customer base in North America and driving revenue growth in the higher education sector.
Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth by exceeding sales targets, develop and execute sales strategies, generate qualified leads, provide accurate sales forecasting, manage sales teams and training programs, and collaborate with marketing teams while conducting in-person customer meetings.
Skills & Tools: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies, data-driven decision-making ability, team leadership, problem-solving, and relationship management with international clients.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher with several years of sales experience in higher education SIS, proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, and preferably experience as a sales manager.
