Role Snapshot
Lead a dynamic regional sales team at Eightfold as Regional Vice President of Strategic Sales, driving business growth and fostering key client relationships while managing sales quotas and expansion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a sales team to achieve quotas, build client relationships, and develop sales enablement tools; oversee RFPs, bid processes, and coordinate with inside sales and pre-sales teams to identify market opportunities and drive net new revenue.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills; expertise in sales strategy, territory management, relationship building, and the challenger sales model; ability to navigate RFPs/RFIs and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing high-performing teams; experience selling innovative solutions to Fortune 1000 companies with demonstrated success in territory management and bid management roles.

Compensation: $150Kβ$250K/yr
