Role Snapshot
Lead sales strategy development and execution for K-12 language learning products across the US West region. Manage and develop remote and field-based sales teams to drive revenue growth for a leading education technology provider.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional sales strategy, manage and develop remote/field sales teams, analyze sales data, and create accurate regional forecasts. Support team member development through regional travel (50-60%+) and participate in sales leadership meetings.
Skills & Tools: 10+ years consultative sales experience with strategic thinking, prospecting, negotiation, and relationship building capabilities. Proficiency with CRM tools, data analysis, territory management, and exceptional active listening skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years successful consultative sales experience in publishing, EdTech, or similar industries and 3+ years leadership experience managing remote/field teams. Preferred: advanced degree, Salesforce.com experience, knowledge of K-12 education processes, and multilingual capabilities (Spanish or French).
Location: California, Colorado
Compensation: $130Kβ$150K/yr
