Role Snapshot

Regional Sales Executive role focused on driving new business and revenue growth in the West Coast region (California, Oregon, Washington) within the K-12 and higher education sectors. The position reports to the COO for North America and involves developing territory strategies and building long-term stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Develop account strategies and sales goals for assigned territory, prospect and close new business deals through various outreach methods, and establish relationships with educational stakeholders including school and district directors. Track sales activities in Salesforce CRM, manage lead pipeline, maintain sales forecasts, and represent Isograd at industry trade shows and conferences.
Skills & Tools: Proven consultative selling ability, strong time management, presentation skills, and proficiency with Salesforce CRM. Self-starter mentality with excellent organizational skills, follow-up commitment, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications: Successful track record selling solutions to K-12 and/or higher education decision makers with demonstrated ability to secure net-new business and expand strategic relationships. Preference for candidates living in California, Oregon, or Washington near a major airport with willingness to travel.
Location: California, Oregon
Compensation: $80K–$90K/yr
