Role Snapshot
Lead Salesforce Developer role at Curriculum Associates to serve as a transformational technical leader who simplifies and modernizes a complex Salesforce ecosystem across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds. The position blends 50/50 solution engineering and hands-on development to establish architectural standards and drive platform health.
Skills & Tools: Deep expertise in Salesforce development with advanced skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, and integrations. Strong understanding of Agile practices, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and experience with performance optimization and testing best practices.
Qualifications: 7+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years in a senior or lead role, proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise solutions. Relevant Salesforce certifications preferred.
Location: Kansas
Compensation: $111K–$197K/yr
