Role Snapshot
Account Manager for Docebo's mid-market segment focused on driving client growth and expansion of the learning platform. The role is pivotal in managing and expanding a portfolio of accounts while ensuring clients achieve their learning goals and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute growth plans for mid-market accounts, leading commercial processes to expand customer usage and identify new use cases. Act as a main point of contact for clients, collaborating with Customer Success Managers to support client needs, maintain accurate account data, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication, rapport-building, and negotiation skills with ability to leverage technology for remote interactions. Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities to manage pipelines, analyze account data, and make sound business decisions with agility and problem-solving flexibility.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a related field with a proven track record growing a renewable book of business for a SaaS company. Demonstrated ability to consult with clients, understand business initiatives, and optimize platform usage.
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Compensation: CA$70K–CA$110K/yr
