Summary
A Learning Services Specialist who supports the design, development, and implementation of training courses within the company's Learning Management System (LMS), enhancing organizational learning experiences. This role involves creating engaging training materials, analyzing curriculum gaps, and collaborating across departments to improve learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Creating, revising, and deploying training materials; collaborating with teams to develop effective training modules; developing project scope documents for learning objectives; troubleshooting LMS technical issues; and analyzing processes to identify improvements to the L&D function.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management and excellent oral and written communication abilities; detail-oriented approach with the capacity to diplomatically handle stakeholder needs and promote team cooperation to achieve goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; 2 to 4 years of professional customer experience, preferably in SaaS Customer Success.
Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia, United States
Compensation: $60,000 – $85,000/year
