Role Snapshot

A seasonal remote support role serving as a liaison between the Sales Support team and cross-functional departments to assist outside sales representatives and customers. The position requires strong administrative capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Key Responsibilities: Process customer commitment plans (CCPs), monitor inventory and stock reports, handle customer requests including invoicing and shipping, manage stock requests, and communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders. Resolve issues efficiently and ensure projects meet stakeholder requirements.
Skills & Tools: Extensive administrative experience, excellent multi-tasking abilities, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and clear written and verbal communication capabilities. Customer service orientation and ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential.
Qualifications: No specific education requirement stated; administrative experience is the primary qualification. Sales experience is not required.

Job Description

We are currently searching for an energetic Seasonal Sales Support individual. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between our Sales Support team and other cross-functional departments with tasks to help support our outside sales representatives and our customers in multiple capacities. Successful candidates will have extensive administrative experience, a talent for multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and the ability to excel in a supporting role. Sales experience is not required. 

A day on the job looks like this:

  • Complete various tasks to support the Sales Support team, ensuring CCPs are processed correctly and efficiently
  • Monitor various reports to track stock, back orders and holds
  • Assist with customer requests, including invoice needs, shipping requests and tracking information
  • Support stock and inventory requests
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed 
  • Work efficiently to solve any issues that may arise 
  • Ensure projects are completed to satisfy all stakeholders 
  • Compose various forms of correspondence to maintain clear communications with all end users
