Role Snapshot

Join SchoolMint as a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified leads and drive opportunities for K-12 education solutions in a mission-driven environment. You'll be instrumental in identifying prospects and setting up sales success for a rapidly growing venture-backed company.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate qualified leads through high-volume email and phone outreach to decision makers, achieve quarterly lead generation goals, and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives. Maintain prospect data in Salesforce, develop relationships with K-12 school administrators, stay current on industry trends, and support sales and marketing initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Exceptional communication (verbal and written), organization, and problem-solving abilities with proven skills in lead generation or sales prospecting. Entrepreneurial mindset, strong phone and email capabilities, detail orientation, and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications: 1+ years of relevant work experience and a college degree preferred. Must be self-motivated, coachable, and demonstrate persistence, grit, and determination in lead follow-up.
Location: Lafayette, Louisiana
Compensation: $45Kโ€“$65K/yr
