Role Snapshot
Summer internship in Human Resources at Sourcebooks, a leading U.S. publisher, offering hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. Interns will support the HR team in building workplace culture and employee experience at a dynamic publishing company.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment tasks including interview scheduling and candidate communication, support employee onboarding and training initiatives, maintain confidential HR files and documents, and participate in employee engagement activities. Provide administrative support across talent acquisition, compliance, and HR operations projects.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, high attention to detail with ability to handle confidential information, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with interest in human resources and organizational culture.
Qualifications: Current college sophomores, juniors, seniors, or recent graduates. Interest in HR, talent development, or organizational culture with no prior professional experience required.
Location: Naperville, Illinois
Compensation: $17/hr
