Summary

The Outcomes Manager at Kaplan tracks, analyzes, and reports on outcomes from accredited medical education activities using data storytelling to demonstrate knowledge and competency changes. This role ensures compliance with educational standards while collaborating with business development and clinical leads on outcomes planning.

Key Responsibilities: Track and analyze outcomes data for approved grants, develop monthly/interim/final reports, collaborate on outcomes plans, and lead biweekly reconciliation meetings. Ensure activity files contain required documentation and stay current with innovations in demonstrating educational value.

Skills & Tools: Strong background in continuing medical education, data analysis, and presentation skills with exceptional time management to handle multiple projects. Ability to interpret big data, apply statistical tools, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in continuing medical education for funded programs required; Master's degree preferred. Knowledge of CME/CPE/CE industry guidelines and understanding of adult learning principles required.

Location: Remote from Florida, United States of America (Nationwide remote)

Compensation: $31,200 – $78,647 / annually
