Summary

Manage and grow a portfolio of K-12 school accounts with a focus on renewals, upsells, and new business development in a remote US-based role. Act as a trusted advisor to school districts and educational leaders, driving revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end renewal processes, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, prospect for new business, develop strategic account plans, and engage key stakeholders including Directors and Superintendents. Maintain CRM data hygiene, collaborate with Customer Success Managers, and prepare professional proposals while handling high transaction volumes.

Skills & Tools: Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to tailor messaging to different audiences, consultative selling expertise, and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools, data-driven decision-making, relationship management, and understanding of K-12 education landscape including funding cycles and decision-making structures.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required with minimum 2+ years in business development and account management. Experience managing renewal portfolios while contributing to new business growth, with familiarity in education technology or literacy products preferred.

Location: Remote, United States with occasional travel required 3-4 times per year for key customer events
