Qualifications: Candidates should be able to manage multiple tasks independently, and bilingualism in English and Mandarin is a bonus.
Location: San Jose preferred; open to remote work options.
Compensation: $25 - $25 / Hourly

About the Role
The Strategy & Partnership Intern will work closely with the Chief of Staff to support strategic initiatives, partnership efforts, and day-to-day operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to strategy development, market research, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced education tech environment.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Gather, organize, and analyze market and competitive data to support partnership development and strategic planning.
- Prepare briefs, documents, and presentation materials for partnership conversations; track action items and follow-ups.
- Support team meetings, contribute to project documentation, and maintain project records.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, note-taking, and general tasks to ensure smooth execution of strategic and partnership projects.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills; ability to synthesize complex information clearly.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Interest in strategy, partnerships, education technology, and market research.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with guidance.
- Bonus:Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
