What You’ll Do

As an Academic Program Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of Edmentum’s virtual programs. You’ll leverage your expertise in educational operations to drive program excellence, build strong client partnerships, and deliver proactive support.

In this role you will:

  • Manage virtual programs by coordinating instruction, student services, enrollment operations, and data
  • Lead onboarding, training, and setup for district partners and site coordinators
  • Strengthen partnerships and identify opportunities for program expansion and deeper engagement
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance across all data and program operations
  • Monitor program usage, progress, and outcomes through reports and dashboards
  • Partner with internal and external teams to resolve operational challenges
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows
  • Support customer renewals and expansion through reliable program execution

Who You Are

  • You have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in education operations or program management
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and data-driven
  • You are confident using systems like Student Information Systems, Salesforce, and Excel to track and report performance
  • You have a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • You communicate clearly, build relationships, and thrive in a collaborative environment
  • You balance operational precision with customer empathy
  • You are adaptable, proactive, and dedicated to continuous improvement
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs

Pay range for this role:
$65,000$85,000 USD

Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets.
