Role Snapshot

First Technical Solutions Developer for a newly formed team at 360Learning, responsible for building custom technical solutions (dashboards, BI, integrations, custom connectors) for enterprise clients. This role offers significant influence in structuring a new service offering with fast career progression potential.

Key Responsibilities: Design and develop custom technical solutions including dashboards, BI tools, API connectors, and integrations for enterprise clients; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Revenue teams to define and scale the service offering; provide technical support, code reviews, and documentation to ensure solution scalability.
Skills & Tools: 3+ years software engineering/backend development experience with proficiency in Node.js, Ruby, or Python; strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, authentication, and asynchronous workflows; experience with SQL databases or data warehouses (Snowflake preferred); excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications: 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, backend development, or integrations; demonstrated experience with at least one backend programming language and cloud platforms; familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD practices, and full-stack development concepts.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $85K–$130K/yr (estimated)

Job Description

The Technical Services team is a newly developed team & offering at 360Learning. The team’s core mission & objective is to develop custom technical solutions integrated to our product for our clients & prospects, especially in the Enterprise segment. Technical solutions will include Custom Dashboards and BI, Custom connectors & integrations, Custom CSS, and other types of technologies & solutions.Β  It is an exciting opportunity for you to: Support the structuring of a new team & services offering: As the first dev in this team you will be heavily involved in the initial structuring of the team, and you will work closely with Product, Data, Engineering & Revenues teams to define & build the service offering. This will provide for a rich experience with potential fast career progression. Work on a wide variety of new technical solutions: It will provide a rich experience to develop a wide & varied skill set, and get a full understanding of typical product challenges in the SaaS & LMS-industry. Within 1 month, you will::
  • Discover the 360Learning platform

  • Have a global view on our code-base

  • Obtain an understanding of customer needs & the custom technical solutions to build

  • Get to know the team

  • Develop a first internal project

  • Within 3 months, you will::
  • Gain skills on our tool stack (Workato, snowflake, github, ….)

  • Develop Technical Solutions for our customers

  • Within 6 months, you will::
  • Take support shifts

  • Contribute to the development of a wide variety of technical solutions

  • Ensure scalability of all solutions through documentation, and enablement of teams

  • Test solutions developed other team members

  • Within 12 months, you will::
  • Proactively propose new solutions to develop

  • Upskill on new technologies & tools

  • Review the code of your peers

  • Participate in enhancing our processes towards excellence

  • The Skill Set:
  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, backend development, or integrations
  • Experience with at least one backend language (Node.js, Ruby, or Python preferred)

  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, and asynchronous workflows

  • Ability to design scalable, efficient, and maintainable technical solutions

  • Experience working with SQL databases or DataWarehouses (Snowflake is a plus)

  • Exposure to cloud platforms is appreciated

  • Interest in full stack development, Git workflows and CI/CD practices

  • You have excellent analytical skills, structured thinking and the ability to synthesise

  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging mindset

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities

  • Fluent English (US/UK), French speaking is a plus

  • Knowledge of BigCommerce is a plus
