Job Description

LearnUpon LMS helps organizations train their employees, partners, and customers. Businesses can manage, track, and achieve their unique learning goals—all through a single, powerful solution. With offices in Dublin, Belgrade, Philadelphia, Salt Lake City, and Sydney, we are a global team with diverse cultures and experiences that puts our customers' experience at the heart of everything we do. Our culture fosters an open, collaborative, and supportive environment where accomplishments are celebrated. We strive to act like owners, lead with curiosity, and deliver quality for our customers.

As we look to accelerate new customer acquisition and revenue growth for FY27, we have a key opportunity to integrate our indirect channels, partners, and co-selling motions within the Revenue organization. This role will partner with sales and GTM leadership to better align with our revenue goals, breaking down silos to jointly align reporting, process, and funnel management.

We are seeking a Director of Partnerships to transition this function from a standalone team into a highly accountable, pipeline-generating, and conversion-acceleration engine. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue, you will be the single-threaded owner of the entire funnel for partner-generated and partner-influenced revenue.

What will I be doing?

  • Revenue & Pipeline Ownership: Serve as the absolute owner of the partner funnel, maintaining accountability for strict pipeline generation ($2.4M target), conversion rates, and booked revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership: Provide hands-on coaching, GTM alignment, and strategic direction to our existing three-person partner management team based in Dublin.
  • Strategic Alliance Management: Act as the key driver in unlocking our strategic relationships and other alliance targets to capture additive revenue.
  • GTM Integration: Embed the partnership function into the broader sales motion, fostering collaboration between Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to build repeatable co-selling motions.
  • Global Connectivity: Connect partner targets to individual sales pods and work closely with North American product teams to support solution partners.

What skills do I need?

  • Senior Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a senior GTM or Revenue leadership role, ideally within a fast-growth company scaling toward or beyond $2100M ARR.
  • Strategic Proximity: Ability to work from our Dublin, Ireland office to provide hands-on guidance to the local team.
  • Accountability: Comfortable being held to the same rigorous forecasting and pipeline standards as direct sales leaders.
  • Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel to North America at least once per quarter (or more as needed) to attend partner events and meet with strategic alliance stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A self-starter who can drive behavior changes across departments and lead with curiosity.

Why work with us?

  • Competitive salary and company ESOP.
  • Comprehensive private health insurance and company pension scheme.
  • 25 days annual leave + 1 annual company wellness day off.
  • A fun, supportive environment with regular team events.
  • Excellent career progression—take LearnUpon where you think it can go.
