Role Snapshot

Chief of Residential Sales responsible for B2B sales of residential power electronics products including solar panels, power conditioners, and energy storage systems. This leadership role drives sales strategy development and customer acquisition in Japan's residential solar market.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies for residential power electronics products, conduct full-cycle B2B sales activities from product introduction through order receipt and delivery, present products to existing and new customers, and build strong long-term customer relationships through exhibitions and market research.
Skills & Tools: Strong B2B sales leadership and strategy development expertise, technical knowledge of solar panels and energy storage systems, customer relationship management, and market analysis capabilities combined with presentation and negotiation skills.
Qualifications: Significant sales management experience in the solar or renewable energy industry, proven track record of developing sales strategies and building customer relationships, and familiarity with the Japanese residential solar market preferred.
Location: In-Person - Japan - Tokyo, Japan
Compensation: ¥8.5M–¥15M/yr (estimated)

This position is responsible for B2B sales of residential power electronics products, including solar panels, power conditioners, and energy storage systems, for the residential market.
