Senior Learning Experience Architect responsible for designing AI-enabled learning solutions that drive business performance for global clients. This senior individual contributor and team mentor role combines learning strategy, performance consulting, and hands-on content development.

Key Responsibilities: Design end-to-end learning experiences across multiple modalities, conduct needs analyses and performance gap assessments, and develop curriculum pathways aligned with business objectives. Lead client discovery conversations, mentor instructional designers, review deliverables for quality, and leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate content development and improve learning outcomes.
Skills & Tools: Expert instructional design and learning science knowledge, proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot), strong client-facing and stakeholder consulting capabilities, curriculum design and storyboarding expertise, and mentoring and coaching abilities. Requires excellent communication, creative problem-solving, and ability to translate complex concepts into engaging, learner-centered experiences.
Qualifications: 10+ years of instructional design and learning experience with demonstrated expertise in designing blended and digital learning solutions. Background in performance consulting, learning strategy, and exposure to emerging technologies and AI-enabled design approaches preferred.

Design the Future of Learning with AI

We're seeking a Learning Experience Architect with 10+ years of instructional design experience who can combine learning strategy, performance consulting, AI-enabled design, and hands-on content development to create impactful learning solutions for global clients.

As a Learning Experience Architect, you'll partner with clients, guide and mentor instructional designers, architect innovative learning experiences, and leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate content development and enhance learning outcomes. This is a hands-on role for an experienced learning professional who enjoys moving seamlessly between strategy, consulting, design, and execution.

About the Role

The Learning Experience Architect (LXA) is a senior member of our Global Delivery team, responsible for designing high-quality learning solutions that solve real business challenges. You'll work directly with clients and subject matter experts, lead learning design efforts across multiple projects, and help elevate the capabilities of a growing team of instructional designers.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of learning science, business consulting, emerging technologies, and creative problem-solving.

What You'll Do

Design Learning Solutions That Drive Performance

  • Architect end-to-end learning experiences across eLearning, blended learning, virtual instructor-led training, and performance support

  • Conduct needs analyses and performance gap assessments to identify the right learning solution

  • Design curriculum pathways, learning journeys, and multi-modal learning strategies

  • Develop storyboards, scripts, design blueprints, and learning content that align with business objectives

  • Translate complex concepts into engaging, learner-centered experiences

Partner with Clients and Stakeholders

  • Lead discovery conversations with business stakeholders and subject matter experts

  • Consult with clients to clarify learning needs and recommend effective solutions

  • Facilitate requirements gathering, project scoping, and solution alignment discussions

  • Present learning recommendations and design approaches with confidence and credibility

Mentor and Elevate Others

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to instructional designers

  • Review learning deliverables and ensure quality standards are consistently met

  • Share best practices and help strengthen instructional design capabilities across the team

  • Contribute to design standards, review processes, and continuous improvement initiatives

Leverage AI to Transform Learning Design

  • Apply Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and similar platforms to accelerate learning development

  • Integrate AI-assisted workflows into content creation, curation, research, and quality assurance processes

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and learner engagement through AI-enabled approaches

  • Champion innovative ways of working that enhance both speed and quality of delivery
