Summary
Software Analyst II designs innovative software solutions by collaborating with product owners and development teams to translate business objectives into functional requirements. This role ensures effective communication between stakeholders and engineers while providing post-implementation support.
Skills & Tools: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, working knowledge of software technology and analysis, and proficiency in SQL. Leadership and communication skills needed to collaborate across teams and drive recommendations for new software and technical resolutions.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; 3+ years in a similar software analyst role with experience in technology solutions design and management preferred. Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Location: Hybrid in Draper, Utah, United States (primary office location is listed as Lincoln, USA with hybrid flexibility)
Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 / annually
