Summary

The GTM Systems Analyst at Figma optimizes and governs Salesforce to enhance collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams. This role drives operational excellence by combining business analysis, systems expertise, and data stewardship to support complex CRM initiatives.

Skills & Tools: Required skills include 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on configuration experience (custom objects, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards), working knowledge of SOQL/SQL, and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently. Preferred skills include Salesforce certifications, SaaS environment experience, and familiarity with agile methodologies.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a Sales or Revenue organization with hands-on configuration experience and knowledge of Salesforce data architecture. Experience supporting CPQ, Revenue Cloud workflows, and demonstrated capability managing multiple projects independently is required.
Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California or New York, New York, with full remote work flexibility within the United States

The GTM Systems Analyst is responsible for optimizing, scaling, and governing Salesforce to support various cross functional teams. This role combines business analysis, systems expertise, data stewardship, and cross-functional partnership to drive operational excellence across Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Legal, Product and Finance.

This individual operates independently, understands complex initiatives end-to-end, and serves as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on CRM automation, reporting, and process design. 

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. 


What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce operational and process questions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Legal, Product, and Finance, ensuring timely and structured resolution of requests
  • Triage, investigate, and resolve Salesforce inquiries, identifying root causes of recurring issues and implementing scalable process improvements
  • Define, document, and maintain standardized Salesforce workflows to reduce ambiguity and improve cross-functional efficiency
  • Partner with Salesforce Developers to scope, test, and deploy system enhancements, ensuring work is tracked, validated through UAT, and released on schedule
  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity by auditing data quality, refining data governance processes, and monitoring system updates that impact customer records
  • Drive Salesforce adoption by improving user experience, building reports and dashboards, and maintaining clear system documentation
  • Balance day-to-day support with strategic initiatives, managing multiple concurrent projects and release timelines

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a Sales or Revenue organization
  • Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce, including custom objects, formula fields, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
  • Experience supporting CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or similar quote-to-cash workflows
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce data architecture and basic proficiency in SOQL or SQL
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects and system enhancements independently
  • Experience creating and maintaining system documentation for technical and non-technical collaborators

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Salesforce Administrator or related certifications
  • Experience supporting a SaaS go-to-market business model
  • Experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud or Partner Ecosystem Management
