Summary

Lead strategic initiatives as a D365 Business Analyst specializing in Sales and Customer Engagement at an award-winning educational product company. Drive actionable insights and implement solutions that enhance sales processes and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities: Implement structured workflows to replace manual Excel trackers, provide ongoing CE and F&O support including integrations and Power Automate workflows, and build a centralized retailer hub with actionable sales intelligence. Manage day-to-day enhancements, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration to reduce missed deadlines and enable proactive planning.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 CE, MS Excel, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Power Automate, SharePoint integration, Sales Accelerator, and technical documentation development preferred.
Qualifications: College diploma or degree in computer science or related field preferred, with proven ability to develop technical documentation. Experience with D365 implementations, CE/F&O integrations, and working in fast-paced collaborative environments required.
Location: Hybrid in Vernon Hills, Illinois, United States
Compensation: $110,000 โ€“ $140,000/year
