Senior Account Executive role at HMH/NWEA focused on driving revenue growth by acquiring new K-12 education partners (Charter, Private, and Parochial schools) in assigned territories. The position establishes strategic relationships and manages complex sales cycles to expand NWEA's market leadership in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities: Drive new partner acquisition through lead development, qualification, and pipeline management while actively prospecting and closing sales for MAP Growth, MAP Reading Fluency, and Professional Development products. Develop territory strategies, collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partner Support, and other teams, and act as a strategic liaison between partners and NWEA divisions.
Skills & Tools: Proven sales success with strong organizational, communication, and analytical abilities to assess partner requirements and manage complex sales cycles. Deep understanding of K-12 education market dynamics, funding mechanisms, state initiatives, and regulatory mandates.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of sales experience in the educational market. Preference given to candidates with established success in K-12 education sales and territory management experience.

Compensation: $100Kβ$120K/yr
