Role Snapshot

Enterprise Sales Executive role at University Instructors to drive new business development in K-12 education by prospecting school districts and state agencies. The position is designed for a proven sales hunter to build trusted partnerships with senior education leaders and address the national teacher shortage.

Key Responsibilities: Prospect and identify new district and agency opportunities, lead the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution, and consistently meet revenue goals. Develop relationships with education decision-makers, build go-to-market strategies, and provide market feedback to inform product and pricing enhancements.
Skills & Tools: Proven K-12 sales experience with strong knowledge of public-sector procurement, ability to influence senior executives, and expertise in proposal crafting and deal negotiation. Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), executive presentation skills, and consultative selling approach.
Qualifications: Several years of successful K-12 sales experience with a track record of meeting quota and closing million-dollar deals in high-growth environments. Bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field, with strong relationships in state and district-level decision-making circles.
Location: Miami, Florida
Compensation: $120K–$150K/yr
