Role Snapshot

Build and lead the founding sales organization for Eightfold's innovative agentic talent acquisition product. Establish a disciplined, high-performing sales team focused on enterprise deal strategy and predictable pipeline generation.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the sales organization, establish metrics and forecasting models, implement sales methodologies, and design onboarding programs that build AI fluency. Work cross-functionally on enterprise deal strategy, conduct QA reviews, and close deals alongside the team while building systems and frameworks.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience with proven ability to coach on translating technical concepts into business value. Must demonstrate player-coach mentality, magnetic leadership style, direct communication, and experience with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger.
Qualifications: 2+ years leading high-performing inside sales or SMB teams with proven track record of building or scaling teams 3x+. Experience managing $5M+ team quota with consistent attainment, promoting team members, and selling technical or data-driven products (AI/ML preferred).
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Compensation: $150K–$250K/yr
