Key Responsibilities: Build, deploy, and maintain systems and applications supporting secure research computing needs. Operate and manage controlled information systems for regulated research environments while ensuring compliance with National Industrial Security Program standards.
Skills & Tools: DevOps engineering, infrastructure automation, secure system administration, and controlled environment management. Strong technical problem-solving abilities, big-picture strategic thinking, and ability to work collaboratively with research teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field with experience in DevOps, system administration, or infrastructure management. Experience with regulated environments, security compliance, or NISP/CMMC frameworks preferred.
Location: In-Person
Compensation: $130K–$180K/yr (estimated)

The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining systems and applications that support researchers’ secure research computing needs. They will combine technical skills with big picture thinking to accelerate collaborative regulated research activities and supporting controlled information systems under the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
