What we’re looking for (Key Performance Objectives):
- Point Person for Asset Organization and Distribution
- Serve as the primary contact for organizing, distributing, and managing digital and physical assets across various platforms, ensuring timely access and delivery to all relevant stakeholders.
- KPI: Ensure on-time distribution of assets, with file transfers performed across all platforms.
- Support for Photo and Video Shoots
- Assist designers in coordinating photo and video shoots, including scheduling studio time, ordering products, and managing model bookings for lifestyle shoots.
- KPI: Successfully organize all photo and video shoots within deadlines, ensuring 100% availability of required products and models.
- In-House Photography and Video Work
- Contribute to photography and video production within the in-house studio, collaborating closely with the design team to meet creative goals.
- KPI: Deliver high-quality photo and video content for at least 30% of in-house shoots, meeting creative and technical specifications.
- Digital Visual Asset Library Maintenance
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive digital asset library, ensuring adherence to naming conventions, file formats (Hi-Res, JPEG, CMYK, RGB), and organization for easy retrieval.
- KPI: Maintain a 99% accuracy rate in file naming and organization, ensuring that all assets are properly categorized and accessible within 24-48 hours of request.
- Photo Retouching, Cropping, and Editing
- Perform basic photo retouching, cropping, color conversion, and video editing as needed, supporting the design team in refining visual content.
- KPI: Achieve a 95% approval rate from the design team for photo and video edits, with an average turnaround time of 48 hours.
- Product and Prop Inventory Management
- Maintain a detailed inventory of available products and props, tracking their location, condition, and availability for use in photo and video shoots.
- KPI: Ensure 100% of requested products and props are available and properly tracked, with all inventory information updated within 24 hours of use.
Requirements/Ideal Attributes:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
- Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in asset management, creative production, or a similar role.
- Experience organizing and managing digital visual assets, such as photos, videos, and graphic files.
- Familiarity with photo and video shoot processes, including prop/product inventory management.
- Experience working with a creative team, such as graphic designers, photographers, or marketing professionals.
- Technical Skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Monday.com).
- Basic understanding of file types and formats for creative assets (e.g., PSD, AI, JPG, PNG, MP4).
- Strong organizational skills for tagging, categorizing, and retrieving digital files.
