Role Snapshot

Account Manager at EverDriven overseeing transportation services for students in the Columbus, OH area, focusing on service quality, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder communication. This role directly impacts equitable access to education for students experiencing homelessness, disabilities, or living outside traditional bus routes.

Key Responsibilities: Manage client accounts, oversee daily transportation operations, recruit and vet service providers, and ensure timely student transport. Monitor service performance, identify and escalate challenges, maintain regulatory compliance, and develop open communication channels between EverDriven, clients, contractors, and community officials.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and customer service abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office, problem-solving capabilities, and knowledge of transportation management and regulatory compliance. Valid driver's license required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in customer service and transportation management. Demonstrated ability to manage operations and work collaboratively across departments and external stakeholders.
Location: Ohio
Compensation: $60Kโ€“$65K/yr
