Summary
Lead a team managing accurate payment and invoicing processes for university partnerships at Western Governors University. This role directly impacts student retention and success while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, personnel development, hiring, and training of team members. Administer letters of credit, billing, invoicing, troubleshoot issues, maintain compliance with regulations, and track key performance indicators to meet service level agreements.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Excel, reporting analysis, and office management tools required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in student accounts, finance, or accounting preferably in higher education. Master's degree and leadership experience in relevant office settings preferred; knowledge of Title IV compliance and military tuition benefits a plus.
Location: United States (home office-based with hybrid/remote work options available)
Compensation: $67,900 – $112,100/year
