Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify potential customers through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and social media; present tailored product solutions to prospective consumers and close sales while managing CRM pipelines and maintaining customer relationships.
Skills & Tools: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation; proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and preferably LinkedIn Sales Navigator; knowledge of AML, sanctions, or fraud compliance is advantageous.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of B2C sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas in European markets; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred but not required; fluency in English plus at least one additional European language (French or German preferred).
Location: In-Person - London, United Kingdom
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is Β£28,000 – Β£38,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

ACAMS is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative with minimum 2 years of experience in sales, specifically in business-to-consumer (B2C) environments, to focus on Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for selling [Company’s Products/Services] directly to consumers and in Europe. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, and has a strong ability to connect with a wide range of consumer demographics.

Responsibilities

Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential customers in assigned markets through inbound and outbound calls, emails, social media, and other outreach methods
Sales Execution: Present and promote [Company’s Products/Services] to prospective consumers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions suitable for market demands
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with individual customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering brand loyalty
Sales Pipeline Management: Use CRM software to manage leads from assigned countries, track consumer interactions, and forecast sales opportunities
Negotiation & Closing: Prepare and deliver accurate product information, negotiate with customers, and close sales, keeping in mind the price sensitivity and purchasing behaviours of assigned markets
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments (marketing, customer service, etc.) to align strategies and meet B2C sales goals in assigned markets
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and economic conditions in assigned countries to identify new sales opportunities
This role is eligible for participation in ACAMS' sales incentive program with the terms of participation to be determined based upon responsibilities and qualifications as well as program terms

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on B2C sales
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in Europe or emerging consumer markets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills tailored for diverse consumer audiences
Strong customer service skills with a customer-centric attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience using CRM software and other sales tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)

Key Competencies:

Basic knowledge of AML, Sanction or Fraud space is a plus.
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets in B2C environments.
Ability to adapt to the purchasing behaviors and preferences of Europe market consumers.
Self-motivation and high energy level.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically, particularly in Europe consumer markets.
Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to market, sell, and communicate programs to a wide audience
General PC and Microsoft Office skills required. Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus.

Languages:

Must be fluent in English and at least in another European Language (highly prefer French or German; Italian or Spanish)
