Role Snapshot

The Associate Customer Success Manager helps Edmentum clients achieve results with education technology solutions through implementation, relationship-building, and customer satisfaction management. The role directly supports program adoption and customer success while collaborating across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities: Execute customized implementation plans tailored to client needs, apply product knowledge to support program adoption, monitor and enhance customer satisfaction, and assist sales efforts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer health while supporting growth initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, proficiency in data analysis and managing multiple priorities, expertise in education technology implementations, and knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and education trends. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and demonstrate commitment to driving educational change.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Education strongly preferred with 5+ years of experience leading education technology implementations. Solid knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and education trends with willingness to travel up to 40%.
Location: None
Compensation: $65K–$95K/yr
