Summary

The Senior Director of Community Content Strategy will lead editorial vision and content operations for BigFuture, creating engaging multimedia content to support personalized exploration for over 15 million annual users. This role bridges content strategy with product goals, managing both team leadership and direct content production.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee editorial strategy and content roadmap aligned with product vision, manage content production systems and quality assurance, and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive user engagement metrics. As a player-coach, you'll manage the community content team while directly implementing research, planning, and content creation.
Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in content management, multimedia creation, and data analytics with excellent writing abilities. Demonstrated experience managing teams in cross-functional environments and proficiency in quantitative analysis and organizational systems.
Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in content strategy with demonstrated success engaging Gen Z/Gen Alpha audiences, plus 2+ years in a management or leadership role. Strong quantitative and organizational skills required.
Location: Remote from New York, New York, United States of America
Compensation: $96,000 โ€“ $150,000/year
