Summary
The K-12 Outside Sales Account Executive is a field sales role responsible for developing relationships and selling educational products within assigned Michigan territories through strategic account management and direct customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete sales cycle, achieve assigned revenue goals, and build long-lasting customer relationships through territory management, sales presentations, and regular customer site visits. Create comprehensive sales plans, maintain CRM documentation, prepare quotes/proposals, and ensure healthy profit margins while placing Bluum in industry trade shows.
Skills & Tools: Strong sales experience, excellent verbal and written communication, organization, relationship management, and customer service abilities combined with passion for K-12 education and technology. Must demonstrate problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency with CRM systems.
Qualifications: Preferred post-secondary degree with 2-5 years of proven sales experience in K-12 educational sales and a demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is required.
Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan
Compensation: $55K–$85K/yr
