Summary
Join Elevo Learning as a Product Manager to drive system integrations and process improvements across HR, marketing, and content platforms in a hybrid San Diego role. You'll be the critical connector between technical systems and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless platform operations and strategic product execution.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and troubleshoot API integrations across HR Cloud, HubSpot, and Paradox; configure and optimize HubSpot tools and WordPress-based internal systems; manage product lifecycles from concept to launch while facilitating change management and user adoption across teams.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in product management, project management software, and SaaS platforms (HubSpot, API integrations); strong troubleshooting and technical analysis abilities; excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of product management experience with preference for Agile methodologies and change management expertise. Experience with system integrations, technical troubleshooting, and vendor relationship management is valuable.
Location: Hybrid in San Diego, California, United States (85% remote, 15% in-office)
Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000/year
