Summary

Growth Account Executive at K12 Insight responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with existing K-12 education district clients while driving revenue growth and measurable outcomes. This role combines strategic account management with a consultative approach to help schools unlock the full value of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and expand an existing client portfolio, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities while acting as a trusted advisor to district leaders. Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Implementation, and Product teams to ensure client satisfaction and measurable results.
Skills & Tools: Proven experience in account growth within SaaS, technology, or education sectors with strong discovery, solutioning, and negotiation abilities. Excellent relationship-building skills, ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders, and a consultative mindset combined with collaborative spirit.
Qualifications: Demonstrated track record in account management within technology solutions with a passion for K-12 education and solving meaningful challenges in schools. Experience engaging with multi-level stakeholders in large organizations required.
Location: United States (remote-friendly with approximately 35% travel required)
Compensation: $95,000 – $105,000/year + sales commission

What You'll Do:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing clients, finding opportunities to expand, upsell, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to district leaders, sharing insights, trends, and strategies that help them succeed.
  • Collaborate with Client Success, Implementation, and Product teams to ensure every client gets the most value from our solutions.
  • Drive measurable results while maintaining strong client satisfaction—your success is measured by both revenue growth and the positive impact on the districts you serve.

Expected Base Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 / year + sales commission plan. Exact pay is based on experience, skills, market demand, and internal equity.
