Summary
Learning Technology Administrator at Rider University supporting Canvas LMS and classroom technology systems. Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support while evaluating emerging pedagogical technologies like XR and AI.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as primary support for Canvas LMS and classroom technologies including AV systems and computer labs; provide training and documentation for faculty and staff on educational tools like Canvas, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
Skills & Tools: Canvas LMS experience, technical troubleshooting, customer service, strong communication skills, knowledge of accessibility standards, familiarity with XR and AI technologies in education, and IT ticketing systems.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in a related technology support or educational technology role. Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and emerging educational technologies preferred.
Location: Hybrid in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, United States
Compensation: $60,000 – $85,000/year
