Summary
The Sales Architect provides pre-sales support and technical leadership to KnowBe4's sales team, collaborating with prospects and internal stakeholders to drive product adoption and eliminate technical barriers to purchase.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-sales technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, develop product showcases, mentor junior sales engineers, and engage with enterprise-level stakeholders to identify customer requirements and position solutions.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include technical sales experience, deep cybersecurity expertise, strong communication and leadership abilities, proficiency with MS Office and web browsers, and advanced problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications: Minimum 3-6 years of technical sales or sales engineering experience required, with a preferred technical degree and proven track record of successful enterprise-level sales engagements.
Location: Hybrid in Clearwater, Florida, United States (open to greater Tampa Bay area candidates)
Compensation: $90,000 โ $130,000/year
