Summary

Lead ERP initiatives and application administration at Mercy College as Manager of Application Administration, coordinating the Enterprise Applications team to enhance student success and support institutional operations.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the Enterprise Applications team, implement and configure ERP systems (particularly Ellucian Banner), collaborate with university stakeholders across departments, provide technical support, and manage project plans for system optimization and deployment.
Skills & Tools: Strong problem-solving abilities, expertise in ERP systems (especially Ellucian Banner), excellent communication and organizational skills, and proven capability to liaise with diverse higher education stakeholders and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Qualifications: Minimum three years of relevant experience in higher education systems, technical degree or equivalent work experience, and demonstrated project planning and execution skills.
Location: Onsite at Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, New York, United States
Compensation: $85,000 – $120,000/year

  • Minimum of three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in higher education.
  • Technical degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience implementing, maintaining, and supporting Ellucian products and systems in a college or university setting.
  • Significant experience in ERP implementation or consulting.
  • Understanding and experience in consulting implementation methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of higher education stakeholders including directors, faculty, and students.
  • Demonstrated experience in project planning and execution.
  • Understanding of core higher education business processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across competing projects and stakeholders.
  • Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.
