Summary
Business Development Representative at Hack The Box responsible for building a strong sales pipeline by identifying and reaching out to potential B2B clients in the cybersecurity field. This role is critical to driving business growth and revenue team success.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential business clients, qualify leads through calls and emails, initiate contact with prospects, and collaborate with the sales team to develop and optimize outreach campaigns. Track and optimize call scripts, email pitches, and other communication methods to improve lead generation.
Skills & Tools: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, professional sales experience with strong relationship-building abilities, and self-motivated with resourceful problem-solving approach. Proficiency with CRM tools, email automation platforms, and multiple sales techniques are required.
Qualifications: Professional sales experience with a clear sales career orientation and proven ability to build valuable client relationships. Positive attitude, comfort with cold outreach, and hands-on experience with sales techniques are essential.
Location: Remote, East Coast, United States
Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000/year
