Summary
Freelance Training Facilitator specializing in AI for SweetRush, delivering engaging 90-minute training sessions to small businesses across the West Coast to promote AI adoption. This pilot program aims to scale AI knowledge among small business owners across 25 markets nationwide.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct 2-4 AI training sessions per year in assigned geographic locations, adapting presentation style to diverse business owners with varying technical expertise. Facilitate hands-on learning experiences, mentor local staff, gather participant feedback, and coordinate logistics with local implementation partners.
Skills & Tools: Proven experience in corporate training with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, active listening abilities, and knowledge of AI tools. Ability to adapt content for diverse audiences and facilitate engaging, hands-on learning experiences.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in facilitation and a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Ability to travel for in-person training sessions across West Coast geographic hubs.
Location: Remote from California, Nevada, and Arizona with regular travel required to on-site locations in Southern California (Chino, El Monte), Northern California (Sacramento), Nevada (Las Vegas), and Arizona (Lake Havasu City).
Compensation: $40 – $80/hour
