Key Responsibilities: Develop prompts for AI models, evaluate AI-generated responses, and provide professional feedback based on your experience in travel and ticketing. Work includes assessing content accuracy and delivering structured feedback that strengthens AI model performance in travel-related tasks.

Skills & Tools: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in travel-related roles with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in an asynchronous environment. Experience with passenger documentation, reservations, customer support, and travel logistics is required.

Qualifications: At least 4 years of professional experience in travel, ticketing, reservations, or passenger service roles with demonstrated knowledge of travel documentation, customer assistance, and travel industry operations. F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may apply pending DSO approval.

Location: Remote from San Francisco, California, United States

Compensation: $75/hour
