Summary
Handshake is seeking Cost Estimator Professionals to evaluate AI outputs in cost estimation, providing structured feedback to enhance AI understanding of industry tasks. This is a flexible, remote, temporary contract role with no minimum commitment.
Key Responsibilities: Develop prompts for AI models, evaluate AI responses related to cost estimation, assess cost estimates, and provide structured feedback to improve AI understanding of industry-specific tasks.
Skills & Tools: 4+ years of professional experience in cost estimation, blueprint analysis, contractor negotiations, cost monitoring, and document analysis. Strong ability to evaluate AI outputs and provide clear, structured feedback.
Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in cost estimation, including responsibilities such as analyzing blueprints, collecting cost data, preparing estimates, and conducting vendor negotiations. Experience with cost monitoring systems and site evaluation is preferred.
Location: Remote from San Francisco, California, United States
Compensation: $75/hour
