Role Snapshot
Lead a team of Partner Managers at Superhuman (formerly Grammarly) to drive partner-sourced revenue and enhance customer satisfaction across the Americas. This hybrid role focuses on developing partner sales strategies and building high-value relationships with distributors, resellers, and boutique firms.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a Partner Manager team, develop and execute partner sales strategies, onboard and nurture partner relationships, set and track sales targets, negotiate partnership agreements, and provide market feedback to internal teams. Collaborate with front-line sales leaders to ensure strong partner alignment and drive pipeline hygiene across channels.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills with a data-driven mindset and proficiency in CRM and partner management tools. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, build relationships, and negotiate complex agreements.
Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in partner/channel sales or business development in SaaS or technology with a minimum of 3 years in a management role. Proven track record in building partner programs, excellent relationship and negotiation skills, and experience with CRM systems.
