Role Snapshot
Sr Account Executive role at NWEA (HMH division) responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new district partners and expanding presence across 13 US states. This remote position focuses on strategic relationship building and territory penetration in the K-12 education market.
Key Responsibilities: Acquire new district customers, develop and manage sales pipelines, prospect and close opportunities for NWEA assessment products and services. Develop territory strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor other Account Executives, and serve as strategic liaison between partners and internal divisions.
Skills & Tools: Proven field sales success with strong organizational and communication abilities, expertise in education market sales, proficiency with Salesforce, and demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships and manage complex sales cycles.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, business, or related field required, with 3-5 years of field sales experience in the educational market. Familiarity with NWEA products preferred.
