Summary
Revenue Enablement Specialist at Presence empowers sales and customer-facing teams through training, content management, and process optimization in a remote-first environment. This role drives scalable, data-informed growth by equipping team members with knowledge, resources, and systems needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities: Support design and delivery of training programs, maintain LMS modules and learning paths, curate centralized content repositories, develop SOPs and onboarding materials, and provide sales tech enablement for tools like Salesforce and Outreach. Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to optimize processes and performance.
Skills & Tools: 2-4+ years of sales enablement experience, excellent communication and project management capabilities, and strong proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce and Outreach. Proficiency in Google Workspace and design tools is a plus.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Education is preferred. 2-4+ years of hands-on sales enablement experience required.
Location: Remote from New York, United States, supporting clients throughout the U.S. with possible travel requirements; requires availability during Eastern or Central time zone business hours (EST or CST).
Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 / annually
